Kogniseed respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

When you contact us or apply for the Kogniseed Beta Programme, we may collect information such as:

Technical information collected automatically
When you visit this website, our hosting provider, Hostinger, automatically records limited technical information in server access logs. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the page or resource requested, browser and device information, and approximate country.
When you select a primary application link, the request may be counted through these server logs before you are redirected to the relevant Tally application form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- review your beta request;

- improve Kogniseed and its services;
- operate, secure, monitor and troubleshoot the website;

Kogniseed uses Hostinger’s server logs and hosting analytics only for these limited purposes. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, behavioural profiling or third-party marketing analytics. Kogniseed does not set analytics cookies for this purpose.

- our legitimate interest in administering the Kogniseed Beta Programme;

Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes limited technical information and server access logs as part of providing the hosting service.
The Kogniseed Beta Programme application forms are hosted by Tally. Tally processes and stores the information submitted through those forms on behalf of Kogniseed. When you open a Tally form, Tally may also process limited technical information in accordance with its own privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
Personal information collected for the Kogniseed Beta Programme is retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction with Kogniseed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Technical server-log information is retained according to Hostinger’s standard hosting arrangements. Kogniseed does not retain separate copies of those logs beyond the period for which Hostinger makes them available, unless this is necessary to investigate a security incident or comply with a legal obligation.
